Note: pH levels are very important for everyone, not only cancer patients. ** Your body fluids vary somewhat throughout your day in the degree to
which they are alkaline or acid. The easiest way to determine whether
your body is in an alkaline or acid state is to TEST YOUR SALIVA OR URINE. Directions
for hydrion “dip & read” pH test papers Salivary pH test: Upon waking, before you eat, drink, brush
your teeth, smoke, or put anything at all into your mouth; test your saliva
with pH paper. Just wet the end of the test strip with your tongue for about
3 seconds. Remove and compare the color to the chart and write down the
corresponding pH level. The neutral level is 7.0. The optimal pH
result is 7.2 according to “The pH Miracle, Balance your Diet, Reclaim
your Health” by Robert O Young, PhD and Shelly Redford Young. Urine pH test: To test urine: dip tape in urine flow or
deposit urine into a small cup. Shake excess fluid off tape. Compare
immediately to color chart. The closest color match determines the pH level. pH results: pH below 7.0 is acidic pH 7.0 is neutral pH above 7.0 is alkaline With our typical acid diet, most of you (especially with cancer) will find that your pH level is 5.5 or less. All body systems differ due to diet, stress level, medications, etc. Because of this, a certain amount of time cannot be stated for an individual’s pH to reach the neutral range. However, with changing your diet to non acidic foods, avoiding acidic foods & taking Green Supreme Barley tablets daily; you should be able to shorten the time to reach your ideal pH reading of 7.0 to 7.2. Note: Alkalinizing foods include: raw or steamed vegetables, sprouted breads (gluten free), cereal (buckwheat, millet, quinoa, etc.), fruit (limited because of natural sugar).
